Total Cost for the 2020 Tour is $3,500.00 (US Dollars). The cost may be split between two payments of $1750.00 (US Dollars). First Payment Due: Immediately upon confirmation of being accepted on the tour. Final Payment Due: June 1, 2020. After you have been accepted on the tour and your first payment has been received, any cancellation will result in a 25% processing fee or $875.00 (US Dollars). If you cancel after May 1, 2020, any refund depends solely on our ability to find a replacement. Trip cost covers: 1) 7 nights of accommodation beginning on September 19, 2020, 2) All breakfasts and 7 other meals, 3) All in-country transportation, including to/from the Shannon Airport during the time parameters listed on September 19 and September 26, 2020, 4) All seminar leader services. Airfare is not included.
*A limited number of en suite rooms (private bedroom/bathroom) are available for an additional $300.00 (US Dollars) cost.
I understand in order to create a balanced group, applications will be accepted until February 15, 2020. Notification of the status of my application will be by March 1, 2020. If I am accepted on the 2020 Tour, additional registration materials will be required and my first payment due immediately.
